A: The Isle Of Wight Flying Club serves to bring together all with an
aviation interest on the Isle Of Wight and, of course, our aviation
minded visitors. We are primarily a social organisation and our members
collectively organise the club and its social activities

Q: Are there any
subscriptions to pay ?
A: The club charges modest membership subscriptions. Club funds are
also supported by donations from members and proceeds from club organised
events
Q: What type of social
activities do you organise ?
A: Our social activities have included fly-outs, club visits, visiting
speakers, fireworks celebrations, mid summer barbeques & hog roasts as
well as our annual Christmas Dinner & Dance
Q: Do you have any training facilites ?
A: There are two training schools based at the
Isle Of Wight
Airport, in Sandown. One teaching fixed wing
general aviation aircraft and the other microlights. See our
